We believe that the best ideas start and end with people.

Our commitment is to ensure that authenticity, integrity, and human creativity remain at the core of everything we share.

While we may use AI tools behind the scenes (such as to support research, development, technical tasks, or data processing) we will not use AI to generate synthetic creative content or use it to materially alter any images or video which we post online.

All audience-facing work and communications will remain as free from AI manipulation as practical and, whenever AI tools do play a role, we will be open and transparent about their use.
